Bernolákovo – Black River

The Bernolákovo Resort is located just northeast of Bratislava and consists of an 18-hole and a 9-hole course. The Black River course boasts of being the most difficult golf course in Europe. It is no surprise to play with 13 above the handicap. First few holes lead through Park course with extremely narrow fairways and overhanging branches. You often have to play flat (under the branches). The challenge is the long hole 4, par-3, with a narrow fairway, and for a good result, it is necessary to shoot over a tree in the middle of the fairway. After the sixth hole into a wide valley, the game gets a little more comfortable to play, but various pitfalls still remain lurking. Let yourself be surprised.
