Description
Athlone is located in the middle of Ireland halfway between Dublin and Galway on a hilly peninsula of Lough Lee limestone lake. A beautiful place that blends wonderfully into the landscape. There are many varieties of water hazards, beautiful sand bunkers and wide undulating fairways. The course’s terrain goes uphill and then downhill. There are very interesting natural doglegs, and much more.
