Description
The Blackthorn Golf Course is located approx. 70 km east of Chicago.
A very nice hilly terrain with scattered trees, which however hardly affect the game. There is plenty of rather large sand bunkers and the terrain frequently rises and falls. Water hardly comes into play, you only encounter it on holes 14, 16 and 18.
However, the distances to the hole are very large, and thus it is relatively difficult to achieve a good result. The course is definitely nice to play, though.
